Lip balm: for beautiful lips that only speak kind words about others

Eye shadow: for always looking for the good in others

Granola bar: for a healthy body that works hard to serve others

Lotion: for using your hands to lift others and guide them on the right path.

Milk: for strong bones that walk tall, as you are a daughter of God.

Cotton Balls: for being gentle & soft with others & especially with yourself.

Soap: for remembering the atonement & how it can cleanse you, so use it daily.

Mirror: for reflecting the light of Christ that is in you by remembering to read & study

your scriptures daily.

Hot Cocoa: for making time each day for some peace & quiet. In these quiet moments

is when you will feel the love of the Savior the most.

Inner Beauty is what makes a person
